Pre-Made Paintings
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for pre-made paintings within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any signs of damage or use may affect the refund eligibility.
- Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@malmich.ch with your order details. We will reply by email with the designated return address. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
- Exchange: If you prefer to exchange your painting for a different design instead of a refund, please contact us at hello@malmich.ch within 14 days of delivery. We will reply by email with the designated return address. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will ship the replacement painting to you.
Custom Paintings
No Refunds:
Due to the personalized nature of custom paintings, refunds are not offered for these items. Please ensure all details of your custom order are accurate before confirming.
